For creators
What does it cost me?
Nothing to CreatorPEP. You only pay the reduced creator price the hotel sets for your stay — directly to the property. Reduced, not for free.
How do I get in?
CreatorPEP is a closed, verified group. You apply via “Request access”, we review and get back to you. You can only sign in after approval.
What do I have to deliver?
Content with usage rights for the hotel. What exactly (e.g. reels, stories) and for how long is stated in the offer before you accept — typically a simple, non-exclusive licence for 12 months.
Who sees my data?
Your identity stays anonymous until acceptance. Only when you accept an offer does the collaboration form and the hotel sees who it works with.
Do I have to accept an offer?
No. You see the rate and deliverables openly and decide freely. If nothing fits, you decline — no obligation.
For hotels
What does participation cost?
No base fee, no upfront payment. We charge an 18 % commission — only on collaborations that happen and are taken up (check-in). No check-in, no commission.
Does the money run through you?
No. The creator pays the reduced room price directly to you. CreatorPEP handles no money for the stay; we only invoice the commission monthly.
What if a creator doesn’t deliver or doesn’t show?
Every collaboration feeds into the creator’s reliability score, and you can open a dispute. The group is vetted — reliability is part of the model.
How are creators vetted?
Manual review in a closed group (identity, reach, track record). No open self-registration.
Do my rates stay private?
Yes. There is no public rate and no marketplace; your terms stay within the closed group. Requests reach you anonymised.
How does tax work?
On the commission invoice we show reverse-charge depending on your property’s country. The exact tax treatment is confirmed by your tax adviser. (Draft, to be confirmed for tax.)
